About the speaker
LaShanya Aikerson is a results catalyst who leverages people motivators to support individuals and organizations in attaining success. She is currently working as a contractor, on assignment at State Farm as a Knowledge Management Consultant in the Systems Department. Her corporate career spans 19 years in roles including: communications, management consultant, union supervisor, manager, and more.
